Property addresses, seller identities, contract terms, and any confidential information accessed through membership shall not be disclosed, republished, forwarded, or shared with any third party not bound by an equivalent NCND with Brevmar.
Breach entitles Brevmar to injunctive relief, liquidated damages equal to the full wholesale assignment fee on the affected property, immediate termination of membership, and recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
