Section I · Who this is for

Built for one person: the next Florida instructor.

This is not a course for browsers. It is a course for the candidate who has already decided they will get licensed, and who wants to do it without wasting six months retaking a $36 exam.

This is for you if

You're committed to passing.

  • You've completed (or are completing) the FREC Course I 63-hour pre-license requirement and need the rest of the answer.
  • You failed the state exam once and need to know exactly what changed in the testing pattern.
  • You're switching from another state's license and need the Florida-specific gap.
  • You read better than you watch, and you want explanations that don't talk down to you.
  • You want a single, honest answer: am I ready?
This is not for you if

You're shopping, not deciding.

  • You haven't yet completed FREC Course I. start there; we will be here.
  • You want a course that promises a 100% guarantee with no work on your end. We require 1,000+ practice items completed before exam day.
  • You're looking for a 30-day quick course. Six weeks is the floor for the people who actually pass.
  • You want a national course. We do one state. Florida.
Section II · Curriculum

Section III · What students say

Voices from the Spring cohort.

These are placeholder testimonials in the design. Real testimonials are collected after a student passes the state exam, with the student's signed permission and the date of their license issue. We do not script reviews.

The math module alone was worth the tuition. I had failed the state exam twice on the prorations questions. After Module III I got every one right on the third try.

M. Rodriguez Licensed February 2026 · Miami-Dade
Sample Format · Awaiting Real Reviews

What I needed was someone to explain why the right answer was right, not just that it was right. the instructor does that on every question.

D. Beauchamp Licensed January 2026 · Palm Beach
Sample Format · Awaiting Real Reviews

I came from a New York license and the Florida-specific gap was bigger than I expected. The disclosure module closed it in a week.

Section V · Questions worth answering

Frequently asked. Honestly answered.

Is this a substitute for FREC Course I?
No. Florida law requires you to complete FREC Course I (the 63-hour state-approved pre-license course) before sitting for the Sales Associate exam. This course is designed to be taken either after Course I, or in parallel with the final two weeks of it, as exam preparation. We are exam preparation; the state-approved 63-hour course is foundation.
How is this different from the bigger national prep companies?
Three things. We teach Florida only. The instructor is an actively the instructor with practical experience of practice, not a content team. And every claim about exam content is mapped to the FREC Sales Associate Examination Bulletin, which we cite by name and date.
What if I fail the state exam?
If you completed the work outlined in The Promise (above) and did not pass on your first attempt, you take the next live cohort at no additional cost. We do not refund. We re-teach.
Do you publish a pass rate?
Not yet. We will publish first-attempt pass rates beginning with the Spring 2026 cohort, calculated from students who completed the full course and provided their state exam result by signed report. Until that data exists, we will not estimate. That is a non-negotiable rule of how this company operates.
Can I see a sample question with the rationale?
Yes. A sample exam-question card showing the question, the four answer choices, the worked rationale, and the section of Florida Statute Chapter 475 it tests is available on request, and a public sample is forthcoming on this site.
Who else is involved with the company?
Brevmar is a holding company with three operating divisions: this one (Real Estate Academy), a Nursing division reviewed by registered nurses (NCLEX-, NCLEX-PN, Clinical Math), and a foundational tutoring division (Tiny Tutor). The parent company is privately held and privately held.
